Sergio has lived with his pal Luigi since Luigi was a kitten. They were given up by a woman who could no longer care for them due to her failing health. We realize that it will take special people to adopt them together. Is it you? Or someone you know? These two really need to be in a forever home with their own people to love them. Sergio is handsome guy, and although he is a big boy, he only needs to lose a few pounds to look his best. And he has already started on his new diet in his foster home. He was stressed when he first came into rescue, but his foster mom now calls him her hug-a-muffin. We were told that Sergio hated to be brushed, but have found just the opposite is true - he especially enjoys it when you use a nice soft brush. Toys and the cat condo are new to them, and they are now really getting the hang of it all. Both Sergio and Luigi are declawed, but Sergio still likes to use a cardboard scratching tray to get in a good stretch. Sergio is just 5 years old, has tested negative for FIV/FeLV, is neutered and current on all vaccinations. His adoption fee is only $150. Luigi has recently been diagnosed with a heart condition so there is no fee to adopt him along with Sergio.
