ABOUT ME: My name is Tony Pavao and a graduate of UMass, Dartmouth - fka Southeastern Mass. University - with a B.S. in Biology. I worked 8 years in academic and biomedical research at the Massachusetts Eye & Ear Infirmary in Boston and another 10+ years in research and development for other biotech/pharmaceutical companies (Genzyme, BostonBiochem, GeneLogic, Ore Pharmaceuticals).
I got involved in this venture when an elderly couple told me they had bed bugs and they did not want to tell the landlord about it. They did not want to vacate their home, their sanctuary and place of comfort, in order to be sprayed. One must do so since the effective chemicals used for the extermination of bed bugs are hazardous. Long story short, through persistence and dumb-luck, BINGO.
