Calling ALL Musicians in Worcester, Massachusetts For Sale

I'm the worship band leader for a local church in the area called Fellowship Church. We meet every Sunday at 9:30 AM in Showcase Cinemas North -- We're a portable church that meets in a movie theater.
We're actually looking to expand our team. Right now we're very solid as a band but I'd like to get to the point where we can rotate our musicians on a weekly basis. FYI, all of our musicians -- including myself are volunteers and aren't paid. We have weekly rehearsals on Thursday nights in Holden, MA. All our set-lists are planned out approximately 8 weeks in advance using a tool called Planning Center Online (http://www.planningcenteronline.com) which keeps all the MP3 files and chord sheets as PDFs in a convenient location. This gives our musicians plenty of time to memorize and learn the music since we don't use music stands or anything when it comes down to playing the songs.

* our drum kits are electric -- we use the Roland TD-9 for our rehearsals and the Roland TD-30KV for Sunday mornings

* we have a Behringer X32 Digital Mixer
* We use a JamHub (http://www.jamhub.com) for our rehearsals sessions which is incredibly convenient.
* We use In-Ear monitors for Sunday mornings with wireless packs (Shure SE 425s)
* our band's current age group ranges from a high school senior to mid 40s

* best way to take a look at what we do and who we are is to come in person. This is usually the toughest part of sending out these kinds of invitations because I get a wide variety of responses from a bunch of different people. Also, you DON'T have to be affiliated -- or even believe in church/God at all in order to be a part of the team. At Fellowship Church we're all about making anyone feel welcome and turning communities into family.
