We’re currently searching for an Junior Sales Specialist to help develop new clients and manage our current ones.

Job Duties:
Making daily outbound calls to identify new customers and generate new sales
Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions
Educate customers about terminology as well as features and benefits of products in order to improve sales and customer satisfaction
Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
Setup and maintain customer files in our database including all sales related activity
Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the team
Present a professional image at all times and follow company policies and procedures
